If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify melo4d support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. melo4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
melo4d supports deposits and withdrawals through major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). melo4d does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency payments at this time.
Deposits are typically credited to your melo4d account balance within 1-3 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Processing times may be extended during off-peak hours, weekends, or Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). melo4d does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges — consult your financial institution for details.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and user account status (standard, VIP tiers). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. All sports bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. For football matches, this means 90 minutes plus injury time (excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless the bet specifically includes those periods). melo4d uses official league data sources to settle bets. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded, unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
